Upon electing your specific design, size, color, material and quantity we quote our prices individually to each customer. In this aspect, we believe in various parameters i.e. Goodwill of the club/team/client, their financial structure (We quote extremely low prices to our customers that are from un-developed countries or are newly formed clubs/teams, cost basis or free of cost for specific clients). Payments are made in advance and upon delivery, no credit purchases are practiced at ABSACO.
The terms of payment is in advance 100% 50% deposit required for confirmation 50% balance payment before delivery Some of the goods can be delivered before the final payment
Our pricing is done on these bases:
Procurement: Most of the material is procured upon final formation of agreement with our clients, in this aspect some of the commonly used clothing materials are always kept in-house for smooth operations. All details of the product to be manufactured are asked and finalized with clients in advance to ensure 100% requested product.
Contracts: All contracts are formally made via official bank transactions and legal written agreements duly signed and agreed by both parties. Our National Taxation Number and our annual reports are available to all stakeholders. Mostly, we deal with suppliers that have extremely well reputation of on-time delivery, quality and service deals. In this we also ensure that we positively build those suppliers that have certain expertise in producing subject requirements
ABSACO produces only quality products, we do not produce products that can be used for purposes other than identified, and for this our quality of material, stitching, patterns, printing, packaging and all operations are performed by skilled labor. Our production practices latest technological resource planning, material and market planning & production scheduling techniques. Lean principles are used to reduce stocks, inventory and sending’s. Integrated Planning allows continuous operations stimulating low cost, low overhead and preservation of skilled professionals.
We cannot copy the products of other manufacturers. If your current collection from another manufacturer has leaked, we must not re-produce from the copyright owner without explicit permission. In this case, you can select a similar design from us and show your colors. You can also create your own design. Clients accept responsibility for the design they create/finalize.
Tracksuits for club need with labeling. Your club emblem, club name or sponsor, we bring as embroidery or flocking or sublimation in very good quality and we produce tracksuits on your behalf. Pattern to View: We will send you samples for viewing, so you can get an impression of the quality of tracksuits produced by us, and the same can try on the sizes.
Quality of material purchased is ensured in various processes i.e. winding, yarn cone, knitting, linking, trimming, light check, mending, washing and drying, pressing & ironing and finishing.
Initiating with the design, our designers make sure that all patterns, cuttings and stitches are made according to the calculations that are initially made to test strength of material, stitching strength and elasticity level. Our products are designed not to endorse elements like tearing, fading or worn-out for this we place a number of sample tests before jumping to the production phase. After our designing, we ensure only hundred percent correct products stitched are moved to the next stage of washing, steam pressing and packaging where all aspects of the product are finally checked, all printings, embroidery’s, labeling and zips are checked before sending to our clients.
All products sent are ensured to be correct, in this we send regular updates to that particular client to show their color, design and sizes are going as they require. We use latest technological tools to ensure our products are correct and identical, for this we use quality tools like Six sigma and Mini-tab.
Packaging is made as per client orders, still we make sure that all packed shipments are made to survive their nature of freight career i.e. via ship, air etc.

After Sales Services:
Goods that we produce on your behalf, are excluded from the right of exchange or return. Complaints based on manufacturing processes can be considered within 14 days from delivery. Before the return shipping our consent must be obtained. Returns are always free to make. Shipments without freight prepaid, we accept in principle not to. We re-produce the goods and will deliver free of charge in case of manufacturing issues.
At ABSACO there’s no possibility of losing clients, in this aspect we produce identical pieces and believe in customer satisfaction as the most important key performance indicator.
