ABSACO manufactures quality garments according to client’s requirement. We provide free shipping in these cases:

For export orders we provide low cost shipping by air and by sea.

All modes for worldwide shipping are used i.e. airline cargo, Intl. courier service and sea shipping. All shipping methods used are insured and as per agreed on contract details with the client we take assurance for insurance and timely delivery.

Packaging

For package weight and dimensions, you can write us with your quantity, sizing, fabric & garment design details and we can provide an approximate weight and price of your shipment. For dimensions we usually follow standard weight dimensions approved by the shipping companies, still we provide custom packaging in terms of package design and dimensions according to customer’s requirement. At ABSACO we provide all sorts of packaging for garment packing and for carton packaging. Printing of garments bags and cartons is also done as per client’s requirement. Return Policy:

Orders manufactured as per clients required design and details are returned only in case of a manufacturing problem. Manufacturing problem entails problem in:

A supply having any of the above problem can be returned back to our factory and we’re liable to provide new or corrected garments as per originally required.

Apart from above parameters we do not take back custom manufactured deliveries, as each garment prepared at our facility is produced as per clients unique design therefore we cannot sell any of these custom produced garments in open market.

24/7 Support:

Keeping in view the world wide time zone difference in working hours we offer FULL TIME support during our normal working hours and PARTIAL support during non-working hours.

Full time support: All inquiries are replied within one hour, this includes for email, whatsapp, phone call, skype or meeting directly at our factory office.

Part time support: Inquiries are replied within 01 hour, this includes email, whatsapp, and phone call only. A member at our office is 24/7 available for phone calls.

Secure payment:

Absaco manufactures custom garments, this is why we adopt an advance secure policy. In this policy we receive part of the total payment in advance. The orders are only allowed to be cancelled until the raw material is not put into production, once the raw material is produced there are limited options for any more changes i.e. sizes, generic design, artwork and size bifurcation.
